Cleaner/Thinners for our Epoxy Resin & Hardener, (Contains Methanol).
Makes an ideal cleaner for our uncured Epoxy Resin & Hardener on brushes & tools.
Can be added to our Epoxy Resin & Hardener to thin for sealing wood.
Mix Epoxy Resin & Hardener first then Add up to 1 part Epoxy Thinners (20%) to 5 parts Activated Epoxy Resin and Hardener mixed well, then put into a larger area (for example: in a roller tray) to prevent heat build up.
Ideal to thin our Epoxy Resin & Hardener for a sealing coat on wood prior to covering with glass fibre woven cloth & activated Epoxy Resin & Hardener to stop excessive absorption of un-thinned Epoxy Resin & Hardener in the covering process to keep the weight down.
This Thinners is not meant for structural use, only for sealing wood in the modelling covering process or for cleaning up.
Tests that I have carried out by thinning our epoxy resin & hardener with Methanol shows distortion when cured.
